My bill ended up being the wrong amount, so I reached out to support thinking it would be an easy fix. At first they made it sound like they understood the issue, but then the responses got vague and didn’t really clear anything up. I kept getting mixed signals about what they could actually do, which was frustrating. It still feels like I had to push way too hard just to get basic help.

I tried Elysium for a little while, but ended up deciding to cancel. i was a bit disappointed with how annoying the process was. It did work eventually, but it took me longer than it should have to figure out where to cancel, and then I still felt like I needed to double-check that it actually went through. It wasn’t a terrible experience, but it definitely could’ve been a lot more straightforward. Giving it 3 stars because it was fine in the end, just more frustrating than I hoped

I gave this a try for a few weeks and overall it was mostly fine, but my stomach didn’t exactly love it every day haha. I had some bloating and a little cramping here and there. Nothing awful, just not as easy on me as I was hoping. Shipping was totally fine though. I could see it working better for someone else...

I didn’t notice any performance boost at all. I kept trying to figure out if I was missing something or using it wrong, but in the end it just felt the same as before. Kind of frustrating because it felt like they made it my problem instead of the product actually delivering.

I’m not totally sure yet, but I do feel a bit more steady than I did before. Compared to how I usually feel, there’s at least a small improvement, so I’m going to keep using it and see how it goes.

So, yeah, the box came all smashed up and ripped, and the bottle was just kind of loose inside, which was annoying. Like, for the price, I really expected it to be packed a little better.

I ordered this weeks ago and it still hasn’t shown up, the tracking barely changes and every time I reach out to support I just get these vague answers that don’t really explain anything, it’s been a really annoying experience.

That said, it did take a couple weeks before I noticed anything, and the price is high. For what it costs, I do feel like they should at least acknowledge that it’s not exactly affordable. Overall it’s been good so far, just not perfect.

The subscription is okay overall. I do like that you can manage everything online, but changing the delivery dates or skipping an order was a little hard to describe — not impossible, just not as obvious as I expected. I got it figured out eventually, but I had to click around more than I thought I would. Not terrible, but not super smooth either

Bottom line, I might keep using it, but I’m still on the fence. The product itself is good and I don’t really have any major complaints about how it works. It just feels a little pricey for what you actually get, so that’s the main thing holding me back

The only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is because the first reply felt a bit slow, and I expected at least a quick apology for the wait. After that though, they were helpful, clear, and kept everything simple
